  • How do I start a subscription?

Go to http://online.bnabooks.com and click on the product you’re interested in.  You will find detailed information about the content of the product, as well as pricing information for an annual subscription.  Click on the “Subscribe Now” button and choose the appropriate number of users for your subscription.  Follow the simple steps of filling in your personal information.  Once you’ve subscribed and you have chosen your own login name and password and registered for access, you can start using the product immediately. 

 

  • Is my credit card information secure?

Yes it is.  Our secure server software encrypts all your personal information (including credit card number, name and address) with 128-bit encryption, currently the most secure encryption software available.  This encryption prevents your information from being read as it travels over the internet.  Additionally, most banks either cover all the charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability to a very small amount. 

 

  • I’d like to purchase a print copy of this product.  How do I place my order?

  • I’d like to cancel my subscription.

You can cancel your subscription within 30 days of placing the order. BNA Books will credit your credit card account upon notification of cancellation.  Send us an e:mail at books@bna.com. Please include your user name and password.  Or you can call us at 703-341-5763.

 

  • Are BNA Books products available on trial?

All BNA Books’ products (print and electronic) are available on a 30-day money-back guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or cancellation of all charges.

 

  • How do I access my subscription?

Once you’ve subscribed, you can access the product by going to http://online.bnabooks.com.  Click on subscriber access and enter your user name and password.  You will have immediate access to the product.

 

  • Can I use the same user name and password for more than one product?

If you subscribe to more than one product, you can use the same user name and password.  When you sign up for the second product, just check the box that asks whether you’ve registered under this user name before and want to use it to access other products.

 

  • What are the technical requirements for my computer in order to subscribe to a BNA Books online product? 

Your browser should be Netscape 4 or Internet Explorer 4 or better.

No.  The price listed for the product is a flat price.  There are no additional charges, except for additional locations ($100 per additional location).
